With over 25 years of experience in sales, management, and marketing, David Wuensch is dedicated to empowering small businesses to achieve sustainable sales growth. A graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, David served seven years as a Field Artillery officer, where he developed strong leadership, strategic planning, and operational management skills.

David founded EPOCH Sales Management Solutions with a clear mission: to help small businesses break through growth plateaus by providing expert sales management consulting and leadership.

A Proven Track Record

David's career began at Siecor Corporation (now Corning Optical Communications) and Fujitsu Network Communications. His impressive track record includes opening accounts that grew from scratch to over $100 million annually and maintaining a 70% success rate in sales hires, with 42% of those hires rising to VP level or higher.

Outside of work, David enjoys family time, outdoor activities like hiking and cycling, and watching his favorite Chicago sports teams and the Dallas Jackals rugby club. His holistic approach to sales management emphasizes personal growth and well-being. David’s faith plays a central role in his life. He leads a Friday morning faith study group, "Brothers Zooming in Faith," at Lover's Lane United Methodist Church in Dallas, reflecting his belief in the power of community and support.
