Founded by David Wuensch, EPOCH was born from a passion for helping small businesses overcome sales challenges. With over 25 years of experience in sales, management, and marketing, David has a proven track record of developing high-performing sales teams. His journey began at Siecor Corporation and Fujitsu Network Communications, where he successfully grew accounts from scratch to over $100 million annually and maintained a 70% success rate in sales hires, many of whom advanced to VP level or higher.

The Genesis of EPOCH: From Vision to Reality

In 2006, David envisioned a company dedicated to helping small businesses break through growth plateaus. As a partner in a Sandler Sales Training business, he noticed that many passionate entrepreneurs had reached a standstill in their sales growth. Recognizing that strategic sales management was the missing piece, David founded EPOCH Sales Management Solutions to provide expert sales management consulting and interim or fractional sales manager services.
